Welcome to the January/February 2025 edition of the SENS newsletter!
The frosty mornings have settled in and the first hints of spring feel just out of reach. It’s the perfect moment to pause, recharge and get ready for the year ahead. The crisp air and cosy evenings remind us that while seasons change, the energy and commitment of our campaigns and projects remain as steadfast as ever.
In this issue, we bring you an invite to the YPOS (Young People of Staveley) Open Evening and a talk about swifts in Staveley; an update on CRKC’s meeting with Tim Farron MP, a call for new SENS committee members & sewing enthusiasts for the Pop-Up Repair Café; the Staveley e-bike winter week loan offer, and more from our projects and local news.
If you have something interesting to share or would like to get more involved with our work, we’d love to hear from you! Reach out to us at senstaveley@gmail.com
Warm regards,
The SENS Team
