After our success at Jack’s Corner, we’ve identified two further green spaces in the village that could be improved for nature and people:
- Alec Row, which has been reclaimed from being a car park.
- Staveley Green Gateway, an area of land on the northern entrance to Staveley.
These spaces will be planted up to improve biodiversity, create an attractive welcome to Staveley and develop a green focus for the village.
We’d like someone to:
- Prepare the ground at both locations for planting
- Plant the areas with a mix of trees and heathers
- Provide ongoing care and maintenance
