Clean River Kent Campaign (CRKC) & Lakeland Canoe Club invite you to attend a river clean up event on the wonderful river Kent to help keep the river clean.
Meet outside the Pavilion, 87 Main Street, Staveley, at 10am for a briefing and to collect equipment. Please bring your own gloves.
10.30-12.30pm – Walk, canoe or kayak down the river Kent between Staveley and Burneside Millennium Green, collecting litter.
12.30-1.30pm – Meet at Burneside Millennium Green to bag up litter and take photos. Refreshments provided.
Everyone welcome! Children must be accompanied.
